1. About Tax

Please note that we are not responsible for taxes charged by customs. Anyway, we will try to avoid any customs taxes. But for some Europe countries, they always charge customs taxes.

2. Custom and personalized orders

Original order, the processing time will be 1-3 days.
For the custom order, it depends on the difficulty degree of your custom order. Usually it will take about 7 business days.

3. How to buy multiple bags with different engravings

If you can't find the quantity selector, just click Add to cart and modify quantity on cart page (before doing this, make sure you have correctly selected other options like Colors, and commented all necessary personalize information for all items in Add personalization section) OR add item to cart one by one (by this method, you can buy items that with different colors, variations..)

4.  Why didn't the credit card pay successfully? How can I buy if I don't have a paypal account? 

Credit card payment may have errors, we recommend paying through PayPal, no matter if you have a PayPal account or not. You can still use your credit card to pay through PayPal.

After being forwarded to PayPal page, click Checkout as Guest and then fill in your Email, credit card and billing address, in the end click Continue as Guest and you'll be forwarded to Etsy order confirmation page, click Confirm, DONE!

5. What should I do if my order(s) is/are returned by shipping company

Please make sure that someone receives the package after the goods are sent out or please let me know a contact number that works well for fast shipping company contact when you make the order. 

If the package are returned to the seller because the buyer does not reply or the courier company cannot reached the buyer, or the buyer needs the seller to resend the package after the return, Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

If the goods are returned for any reason attributable to the Seller, the Seller shall be responsible for resending the packages.

6. Can I change my shipping address?

Please check carefully whether your address is correct before placing an order. We will ship goods strictly according to your address. If you purchase fast shipping, please do not use it as a PO BOX address. Fast shipping cannot arrive at the PO BOX address. We only accept address modifications 30 minutes after placing the order. If it takes more than a day for you to find an error in the address, please contact me as soon as possible to see if it can be repaired. We can only try our best to help you but we cannot guarantee success.

7. What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
1. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
2. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
3. Personalized products CANNOT be refunded
*If the return happens because you don't like it or want to replace another product, you need pay the shipping fees of return and shipping fees of new products that send back to you
*If the return is caused by damaged during transit or product quality problems, we will refund to you: The cost of the product plus your return fees
4. You'll be refunded once we receive your returned item.
5. You will need to pay shipping fee unless the item is faulty or damaged during transit

8. Why has my order taken so long to receive?

As we all know, We will buy in advance before Christmas, so if you choose standard shipping for your order, it may take 20-30 days or even longer to receive the standard shipping for orders starting in November and after. :-) so if you have urge use please buy the fast shipping.

We can ship to worldwide. Usually it will take 3-5 days to be delivered via fast shipping. And 15-25 days to be delivered via standard shipping. Maybe be some more days to some remote area.

9. How can I guarantee the time of my order for special purposes

If you need your order in special purposes, like Birthday gifts, anniversaries, holiday gifts etc, you can please leave a note with the lastest day and the day you want to received for our reference, then We will contact you if the shipping method you choose is not enough for your order to be delivered on time. so It is convenient to write your expected time in the order notes.

10. About shipping
Shipping time:
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.
If you choose Standard Shipping, it will take about 15-30 days.
Fast Shipping will be 3-5 days. Please purchase fast shipping for urgent order!!!
Standard shipping will take about 15-30 days, Remote areas can take longer.

* Please note that once your item(s) has been shipped, we are no longer in possession or control of your item(s). Modification of order information including address, customized content, and cancellation of order will not be accepted after the order has been sent. The shipping estimates are provided by the shipping provider upon checkout.

11. Can I include a gift message with my purchase?
We do not include paper in our boxes. We try to reduce waste as much as possible, including unnecessary paper waste. Therefore, we do not provide a gift message service, even on request. The order notes section is only used to explain how to complete the order, so it will not include any gift messages left there. Unless you purchase a greeting card link(click here) in our store, which means you will pay for environmental protection.

12. Can I engrave special characters or emojis?
No. Please do not provide an emoji or special character anywhere in your order notes for any reason. If you provide us with a special character or an emoji in your order notes, it will print on the order sheet as a "?", and you will get an engraving that has a "?" on it. We will not provide a replacement or a refund for an order that is made with an "?" on it. Emojis are trademarked, they're usually color, and they are not engravable. Please do not provide us engraving notes for other languages, as we can only engrave Latin based characters.

13. Can I change the shipping address? Will I need to pay for postage on a reshipment?
We're happy to change the shipping address if we're able to catch it, but it's not guaranteed, even if your request is sent immediately after the order was placed. If we ship to the address you provided instead, we will not be liable to reship or refund. Address changes placed in the 'note to seller' are not guaranteed.
