What makes Echopurse unique?
Echopurse is a different kind of engraving shop. Our ambition is to offer high-quality personalized products while having a lower carbon footprint than our competitors. We believe being efficient is smart for business and smart for the planet. Here are just seven of the ways we reduce our impact on the environment:
1. We use cornstarch-based packing peanuts that decompose in water leaving no toxic waste.
2. All of our packaging materials are recyclable or made of recyclable materials, and sometimes both!
3. We mitigate nearly all of our shop waste. We reuse boxes, upcycle defective products and recycle nearly everything else that can't be repurposed.
4. Our workshop is lit by skylights on sunny days and energy efficient lighting on cloudy days, and heated and cooled by a very high-efficiency HVAC system.
5. Our engraving devices are the newest, most energy efficient of their kind on the market.
6. We buy our materials in very large bulk to reduce the impact of incoming shipping.
7. We print all of our work orders on 100% recycled paper.
