Personalize your leather case with a custom laser engraved name or initials, or even a word. The most popular option for embossing is using just two to three letters for the initials of the person the order is for. It’s a great idea for those giving cases and other leather goods as a gift.
***If you ordered a canvas item and you want to make it personalized, we can do it as well, we can put a piece of leather on the bag (the leather color will match the canvas color) and engrave the initials/names on it. :-)

🎇CARE INSTRUCTIONS

* Our products are designed to last a lifetime
*For waxed canvas items: Do not dry clean, machine wash, or machine dry-waxed canvas. Use cold tap water to gently surface clean with your hands, a sponge, or a scrub brush. Mild soap flakes may be used, but do not use detergent – it will break down the wax.
* Waxed canvas is waterproof / water repellent
* The nature of the waxed canvas is to have a crinkly pattern due to the wax treatment. Therefore, the surface of the bag will vary from piece to piece and in its use.

🎇NOTE: in order to shape your bag and get rid of any unwanted wrinkle more easily once you unpack it from our shipping bag, we strongly recommend you use a hairdryer for a few minutes to soften the fabric. Once it cools off, it will regain its firmness.
Also, use this method to get rid of any unwanted scratches or water stain your bag may get along the way, although those "scars" will add character to this great fabric along your journey.

2. Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.

3. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer excluding quality issues.

4. Personalized Custom Handmade orders cannot be refunded.

5. In case you want a replacement, additional fee is required for shipping of the new item.
